Join the conversation and get the details regarding the process of buying and selling property in super-prime London. In this episode, we will go through what a seller has to do to be prepared to make a sale, how the law has changed, and what the different roles people play in this procedure are.

Alicia is part of the Real Estate Investment and Banking and Finance teams and leads the Residential Property team. Her practice is diverse and includes negotiating deals for domestic and offshore clients, acting for a wide variety of finance providers (including mainstream) lenders, private banks and bridging lenders and dealing with the acquisition, disposal, financing and letting of both residential and commercial property.

When we get the memo of sale, we check out the solicitor is registered either on the SRA register, or if they’re legal executive on the Cilex register, just to check that we are dealing with a known quantity. We do all sorts of AML and KYC Training.
